摘要
目的观察依达拉奉联合血栓通治疗脑梗塞的疗效，探讨其临床适用性。方法选择从2010年5月至2012年10月于我院住院治疗的106例脑梗塞患者，随机分为实验组56例和对照组50例，对照组患者给予血栓通静点，实验组在此基础上加用依达拉奉联合治疗。观察并比较治疗前后两组患者神经功能缺损程度评分情况及治疗的有效率情况。结果两组患者经治疗后症状均有所缓解，神经功能缺损程度评分均明显降低，实验组患者的降低情况与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；其中实验组患者的有效率达89．29％，对照组患者的有效率仅为64．00％，两组有效率比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论依达拉奉联合血栓通治疗脑梗塞可以很好的恢复患者的神经损伤情况，对改善患者的临床症状有很好的疗效，适合临床长期推广应用。
Objective To observe the curative effect of edaravone combined with Xueshuantong in thetreatment of cerebral infarction and to discuss its clinical applicability. Methods 106 patients with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 50 patients in each group, and all the patients were treated in our hospital from May 2010 to October 20!2, the control group was treated with Xueshuantong intravenous drip, besides this basic treatment the experimental group was added with edaravone combination therapy. We observed and compared with neurological deficit scores of conditions and treatment efficiency of the two groups before and after treatment. Results Patients of two groups after treatment, symptoms had been alleviated, neurological deficit scores were significantly reduced, and the reduction of the experimental group patients compared with control group showed significant statistical difference （P〈O.05）; effective rate experimental group was 89.29% while the control group efficiency was only 64.00%, according to two sets of efficiency compa^son, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The edaravone combined with Xueshuantong in the treatment of cerebral infarction can better recover the nerve injury of the patients, has great effect in improving the clinical symptoms of patients, which is very suitable for long-term promotion and application in clinic.
