摘要
目的 :建立下颌前突与偏颌畸形动物模型。方法 :8只犬分两组 ,用自制的骨牵引延长器分别行单、双侧下颌皮质骨切开后断端牵引延长。结果 :分别造成了单侧偏颌与下颌突颌畸形。结论 :骨牵引延长方法建立颌骨错颌动物模型具有简单可靠 ,错牙合程度精确可控特点 ,对正畸。
Objective: To establish an animal model of malocclussion by the use of distraction of osteogenesis (DO) device . Methods: Mandible fracture was made between the 2nd and 4th molar in 8 dogs.1 mm per day distraction of osteogenesis with MS1 was carried out from 8th day after operation till 20th day,then the device was kept in situ till 180th day.The mandiblae were radiologicaly observed,the occlusion parameters were measured.Results:The body of the mandiblae was elongated by 10.5 and 19.5 mm,jaw dissymetry and cross bite were produced for oneside and twoside distration respectively.Conclusion:MS1 device may be used to establish animal models of malocclusion and for orthodontic and orthognathic treatment.
