摘要
目的 :从常用的软组织侧貌测量项目中确定影响双颌前突侧貌美观的主要因素 ,为临床诊治提供参考。方法 :对 5 6例侧貌美的正常牙合及 38例侧貌不协调的安氏 I类双颌前突错牙合进行软硬组织 X线头影测量。结果 :通过判别分析筛选出 3项软组织侧貌美学指标及与其相关联的硬组织指标。结论 :影响双颌前突侧貌美观主要为唇颏关系不协调 。
Objective: To choose several sensitive variables as indexes which assess esthetics of facial profile in adults. Methods: 56 subjects with normal occlusion and harmonious facial profile, and 38 adults with bimaxillary protrusion and disharmonious facial profile were examined cephalometrially. The data were analysed and the idexes which may represent the beauty of facial profile were selected with discriminant analysis. Results:The r values of Pg'B'FH to FMIA,LINB and ANB were +0.72,-0.66 and -0.63;those of A'LsFH to UISN,FMA and UINA were -0.39,+0.35 and +0.34;those of LsE to LINB,ANB, FMIA and IMPA were +0.65,+0.64,-0.60 and +0.51,respectively.Conclusion: Disharmonious relationship of lip and chin , especialy the shape of soft chin of bimaxillary protrusion may disturb the beauty of facial profile.
