基于强度冗余的零部件再制造优化设计方法 被引量:18

摘要 针对目前再制造设计反馈机制不完善及缺乏再制造可行性强度指标等问题,提出强度冗余的概念,通过分析现役零部件'设计、服役、再制造'阶段的强度及损伤,结合零部件设计信息,以零部件主要失效形式为基本依据,构建强度冗余的层次结构,包括强度指标层、强度及损伤层和设计要素层,并明确强度冗余的数学表达。在此基础上建立冗余因子的计算模型,分析零部件满足再制造的强度冗余条件,同时以冗余因子为再制造可行性指标提出基于强度冗余的量化分析、参数优化和反馈验证三阶段设计流程,以实现零部件的再制造优化设计,并且分别对各阶段进行了详细阐述。以曲轴为例分析计算其强度冗余因子,对其初始设计方案进行面向再制造的改进,验证了该设计方法的有效性和可行性。 Currently, since the method to optimize the parameters and variables in design for remanufacturing is an issue, the concept of residual strength is given as the mapping factor in optimization design for remanufacturing. With considering the strength curve in "design, service and remanufacture" phases, and based on failure analysis, the hierarchical structure of residual strength, which consists of strength index level, strength & damage level and design information level, and the mathematics expression of residual strength are put forward. The calculation method of residual strength factor is presented. The requirement of residual strength for remanufacmfing is analyzed. Meanwhile, taking residual strength factor as the remanufacturing feasibility index, the design method for remanufacturing, which has three phases "analysis, optimization and verification", is established. An engine crankshaft is given as an instance to validate the design method, and its initial design scheme is optimized for remanufacturing.
