摘要
目的探讨应用OZIL模式超声乳化联合小梁切除术治疗白内障合并青光眼的临床疗效。方法于2009年1月至2012年7月收治的白内障合并青光眼患者63例（65只眼）应用OZIL模式施行白内障青光眼联合手术，对手术后眼压、视力变化和并发症等情况进行了观察。结果手术后随访3～39个月，平均（19．68±9．22）个月，术后矫正视力均有不同程度提高。61只眼眼压稳定在10～21mmHg，平均（15．84±3．18）mmHg，4只眼眼压较术前下降，经药物治疗可控制在正常范围。55只眼呈扁平的功能性滤过泡，6只眼呈泡状滤过泡，4只眼滤过泡不明显。未出现严重不可逆性并发症。结论应用OZIL模式超声乳化联合小梁切除术治疗白内障合并青光眼，明显提高了手术效率以及手术的安全性，降低眼压的同时增进了视力。
Objective To observe the clinical effect inphacoemulsification using OZIL modes combinedwith trabeculotomyfor the treatment of coexisting cataractand glaucoma. Methods Sixty-three cases （65 eyes） of cataract combined with glaucoma were included in the studyin our hospital from January 2009 to July 2012. Combined operations with OZILModes were used and intraocular pressure, vision acuity and complications after operations were observed. Results Followed up for 3 to 39 months, averaged （19.68±9.22） months.Postoperative visual acuity was improved to different degrees, intraocular pressure of 61eyes stabilized at 10-21 mmHg, averaged（15.84 ± 3.18）mmHg; while another 4 eyes, the IOP was well-controlled with anti-glaucoma medications. After operation there were flat functional filtering blebs in 55 eyes, vesicular blebs in 6 eyes, no obvious blebs in 4eyes.There were no serious irreversible complications. Conclusions It can obviously improve the op- eration efficiency and safety, reduce IOP and improve the visual acuitywithphacoemulsification using OZIL modes combinedwith trabeculotomy in combined operations.
