摘要
轨迹分析是确定迁飞性昆虫虫源地和降落区常用、有效的方法之一。本文就目前研究中常用的轨迹分析方法,并结合稻飞虱实例做一个简单介绍。NOAA HYSPLIT模型操作简单,但无法自定义相关参数。而结合中尺度数值模式(MM5、WRF)可得到更高时空分辨率的气象背景场,大大改进了轨迹的精度。
Trajectory analysis is a useful technique for defining the source and landing areas of migratory insects. Common trajectory analysis methods are introduced here using the migration of the rice planthopper as an example. NOAA HYSPLIT is very common because it is very easy to use, however, the custom parameters are difficult to define. Higher resolution meteorological information simulated from mesoscale models would significantly improve predicted migration trajectories.
