摘要
目的:比较参芪扶正注射液联合多西他赛和顺铂与多西他赛和顺铂治疗中晚期宫颈癌的临床疗效和毒副作用。方法:病理检查确诊的43例中晚期宫颈癌患者随机分为两组,治疗组22例,采用参芪扶正注射液联合多西他赛和顺铂,平均化疗5.3个周期。对照组21例,采用多西他赛和顺铂化疗,平均化疗5.5个周期。结果:治疗组总有效率为(CR+PR)59.09%,完全缓解(CR)4例,部分缓解(PR)9例,稳定(NC)6例,进展(PD)3例。对照组总有效率为42.86%,CR2例,PR7例,NC8例,PD4例。治疗组白细胞下降程度较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组T细胞亚群CD3、CD4和CD4/CD8比值明显升高,差异有显著性(P<0.05);治疗组生活质量较对照组明显改善。结论:参芪扶正注射液联合多西他赛和顺铂治疗中晚期宫颈癌可以减轻化疗的不良反应,增加机体免疫功能,改善患者生活质量。
Objective：To evaluate the effect of Shenqi fuzheng injection combined with docetaxel and cisplatin in the treatment of patients with advanced cervical cancer.Methods：43 Patients, were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group with 22 cases who were treated with Shenqi fuzheng injection combined with docetaxel and cisplatin, average chemotherapy were 5.3 cycles, the control group with 21 cases were treated with docetaxel combined with cisplatin, average chemotherapy were 5.5 cycles.Results：The response rate of the treatment group was 59.09% ,CR was seen in 4 patients and PR in 9 patients and NC in 6 patients and PD in 3 patients. The response rate of the control group was 42.86%,CR was seen in 2 patients and PR in 7 patients and NC in 8 patients and PD in 4 patients. After treatment, the level of WBC in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was significance （P〈0.05）;the level of CD 3 ,CD 4 and CD 4 /CD 8 in the treatment group were higher than that in the control group, the difference was significance （P〈0.05）;the quality of life was significant improvement in the treatment group.Conclusion：Shenqi fuzheng injection combined with docetaxel and cisplatin in the treatment of patients with advanced cervical cancer can decrease the side-effect of chemotherapy,enhance immune function and improve quality of life.
