摘要
在中国调解制度变迁的过程中,存在着多重逻辑,即当事人的关系逻辑、法院的策略逻辑和来自国家的治理逻辑。在多重逻辑的支配下,中国民事诉讼调解的变迁呈现出多重面孔。
In the process of the institution change of mediation,it has multiple logics.There are relationship logic of the parties,strategy logic of the court and governance logic of the state.Below the control of multiple logistic,the change of chinese civil lawsuit mediation shows multiple faces.
