摘要
大学生党建工作进公寓、进社团、进网络的"三进工程"是顺应工作新形势、把握发展新特点提出的大学生党建工作新途径。进公寓是延伸党建工作手臂的必要手段,进社团是丰富党建组织活动的必要形式,进网络是充实党建工作内容的必要载体。但是"三进工程"推进面临多重挑战,如:"多重组织生活"模式创新与"多重部门领导"协调低效呈现定位冲突;党建工作稳定的规范化与社团组织流动的自主化出现方针对立;党建工作严肃的保密性和互联网开放的交互性存在兼容问题;等等。努力做好新时期大学生党建工作,推进"三进工程",要与完善制度体系建设相结合,要与解决学生工作难点相结合,要与科研创新能力培养相结合。
A new approach to college student Party branch construction is proposed that suggests we establish our working basis on student apartments,student societies and network.However,we must solve the problems such as low efficiency,positioning conflicts,instability,and the incompatibility between confidentiality of Party construction and the openness of network.To solve these problems we must establish a new integrated system of Party construction.
