摘要
新建本科院校在特色专业建设中能够清晰认识形势、紧扣市场需求,且学生自身定位合理,但也存在专业设置不科学、师资结构不合理、办学资金缺乏等问题。在各级政府的高度重视、区域经济发展需求以及"卓越人才培养计划"等机遇下,新建本科院校还需处理好高职院校和重点院校的冲击、特色专业审批评估体系不健全、校企合作尚存诸多问题等挑战。新建本科院校可以在明确办学理念、开展教学质量评估、建设师资队伍、深化校企合作等方面多下功夫,以求特色专业建设取得突破。
Newly-founded colleges still need improving in their setting of undergraduate programs,structure of faculty,school-running funds,and other aspects.They should grasp every opportunity to make some break-through improvements in their feature undergraduate program construction.Efforts should be made in clarifying their own conception and positioning in talent cultivation,in improving their teaching quality,in building up a strong team of teachers,and in deepening the school-enterprise cooperation.
