摘要
通过大量的数据提取及计算,对2006年至2012年宣钢退休人员的性别结构、年龄结构和养老金调整状况进行了统计分析,揭示了宣钢退休职工人员结构和养老金收入水平的变化趋势。
Through extraction and calculation of large amount of data, this paper conducted a statistical analysis to the sex structure, age structure and pension adjustment status of the retirees of Xuanhua Steel from 2006 to 2012, and revealed the change trends of retirees structure and the pension income level in Xuanhua Steel.
