摘要
本文介绍了近10年来韩国全民医疗保险实施中存在的问题及2000年7月1日出台的医疗保险改革方案。特别是针对韩国全面关闭医院门诊药房 ,医药彻底分离的做法提供了第一手资料。
The paper introduces the issues of implementing universal medical insurance system in Korea since 1989. A new reform agenda will be implementing in July 2000. Korea will close all pharmacies in outpatient departments and charge prescribing fee as a compensation for the hospitals and doctors.Korean experience on separation policy might help China to consider the future direction of separating administration between medical services and pharmaceutical revenue.
