摘要
历史上，民营重型军工企业的崛起，是西方大国实现专利崛起的主要推动力。二战爆发前，国际专利流动主要是军工专利的流动。日前，我国重型军工企业正迎来大发展的新契机，而且民营科技资本对重型军工行业的广泛渗透将带动我国专利实现新一轮专利崛起。
In order to improve the quality and level of patent development in China, the analysis of the formation mechanism of American defense industry patent history of successful experience has been implemented. In this study, the viewpoint of putting forward the gradual development of the national defense patent market, encouraging private heavy military enterprises for national defense industry patent innovation, promoting the massive influx of industry of national defense patent industry in china have been suggested.
