摘要
大学科研评价要兼顾科学价值、技术价值和社会价值。其理论基础包括后现代科学哲学和后现代社会学等理论,关注科学的人类学意义及实践模式,尊重个体和群体的经验智慧以及科研的实效性。它的基本原则包括定性与定量相结合,过程评价与结果评价相结合,经济效益与社会效益相结合。大学科研评价的基本方法包括知识计量学的方法、知识地图分析法、CIPP(Context,Input,Process,Product)、目标游离、反对者和应答式等项目评估模式等。
University research evaluation should take into account the scientific value, technical value and social value. Its theoretical basis includes the post-modern philosophy of science, and post-modern sociology theory, concerning about the anthropological significance and practical paradigm of science, respecting the individual and group experience and wisdom Its basic principles include a combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis, process evaluation and outcome evaluation, the combination of economic and social benefits. Its general methods include knowledge metrology, knowledge map analysis, CIPP（Context,Input,Process,Product）, target free, opponent and responsive project evaluation modes, etc.
