摘要
数字图书馆质量评估已经成为图书馆领域研究的热点。QFD是评价服务质量的有效方法,文章以QFD数字图书馆质量评估为基础,利用Kano模型修正用户需求的重要性,通过用户需求、质量特性等搭建质量屋,综合得出数字图书馆服务质量。旨在更好地体现用户需求,更加准确地量化数字图书馆的质量。
Digital library quality evaluation has become the research hotspot in the library field.Quality Function Deployment(QFD)is an effective method to evaluate service quality.Based on the QFD digital library quality evaluation,this article uses Kano model to revise the importance of use needs,constructs the quality house through user needs and quality characteristics,and obtains the digital library service quality comprehensively.The article aims to reflect the user needs better,and quantify the digital library quality more accurately.
