摘要
边境贸易已经成为以黑龙江、新疆等省份的主要外贸方式,形成了黑龙江、新疆、广西的边境贸易"三极"格局。在对边境贸易进出口的影响因素进行分解后发现:政策优惠能有效促进边境贸易出口但不能影响进口,基础设施阻碍了边境贸易的出口,但对进口影响较小;文化语言的相近对出口的影响相对较大;和周边国家的边界争论也会阻碍边境贸易的发展。为改善边境贸易,中国应积极主动加入各种区域组织、成立自由贸易区,改善边境省份的交通基础设施,加强和周边国家的政治协商等。
Border trade has become the main headed in Heilongjiang, Xinjiang province international trade way, formed the Heilongjiang, Xinjiang, Guangxi border trade ＂Three Pole＂ pattern. After analyzing the influence factors of the border trade import and export of decomposition, we found that： preferential policies can effectively promote the border trade export but can not affect the import, infrastructure hindered the export of border trade, but have less effect on imports; cultural language similarity is relatively large impact on exports;fights over borders and neighboring countries will also hinder the development of border trade, and so on. According to these, we put forward that China should actively join various regional organizations, establish free trade zone, transport infrastructure, and improve the border provinces and neighboring countries of political consultation, and so on.
