Application of Surface Treatment Technology in the Mechanical Processing

摘要 以带小孔的测量座为例,针对其加工精度高、淬火硬度需达55HRC的要求,鉴于普通的切削加工因某些结构和形状而受到限制,采用了"小孔处镀铜防渗碳→渗碳淬火→小孔加工"的方法,实现了在普通设备上采用常用刀具和切削手段即可满足测量座加工要求的目的。将表面处理技术应用于机加工艺中,可以解决机加工艺中的某些难题。 For the measurement base with small hole, it needs processing of high-precision and quenching hardness of 55HRC. Ordinary cutting work is trapped in some of the specific structure and shape. The process of " anticarburizing copper plating-carburizing and quenching-small-hole machining" was used meeting the requirements of measurement base processed by common equipment using commonly used cutter and cutting. Some problems of machining process can be solved with application of surface treatment technology in the mechanical processing.
