摘要
综述了ZSM-23分子筛的合成方法及在催化反应中的应用。主要介绍了合成ZSM-23分子筛通常使用的有机结构导向剂、目前合成ZSM-23分子筛的研究热点、合成ZSM-23分子筛的主要影响因素(包括碱度、结构导向剂、原料配比和晶化条件)。ZSM-23分子筛主要应用在异构化、芳构化、催化裂化等方面,表现出优异的催化活性和选择性,具有良好的应用价值和发展前景。
The synthesis methods and application of ZSM-23 molecular sieve in the catalytic reaction were summarized.The organic structure directing agents mainly used in the synthesis of ZSM-23 ,present research hotspots of ZSM-23 and the main factors, such as alkalinity, structure directing agent, raw material mix ratio, and crystallization conditions influencing the syn- thesis were introduced.The ZSM-23 molecular sieve showed excellent catalytic activity and selectivity when it applied in iso- merization, aromatization, and catalytic cracking etc..Therefore, it had a good application value and development prospect.
