摘要
在对我国省际大中型工业企业的R&D效率测度分析的基础上,结合Moran散点图、空间聚集地图进行效率的空间相关性分析。研究结果表明:我国大中型工业企业R&D的综合效率水平还有待提高;大部分地区大中型工业企业R&D的规模收益未达到规模收益的最适阶段,政府应根据本地区的实际情况增加、减少或重新配置R&D资源;R&D的综合效率存在显著的空间聚集与地区分布不平衡现象,大中型工业企业应当加强地区间R&D的交流与合作,促进技术溢出。
Spatial correlation analysis is carried out on large and medium - sized industrial enterprises in China, combining with Moran scatter plot and LISA gather maps based on R&D efficiencies evaluation. The results show that the overall effi- ciency level should be improved due to the low technical efficiency level, although the scale efficiency is high. Most large and medium - sized industrial enterprises do not stay in the optimal stage of R&D scale return, and the government should allocate R&D resources according to the actual situation of the region. There are significant space gathering and area distri- bution imbalance of the R&D overall efficiency, and the R&D cooperation and exchange should be strengthened between re- gions for the promotion of technological spillover.
