摘要
通过对服务外包产业集群创新绩效影响因素的分析和作用机理的剖析,在此基础上利用资料、访谈、问卷等方式,构建服务外包产业集群创新绩效评价体系。以三类共111份调查问卷的数据统计结果为基础数据,采用DEA分析方法,实证分析国内18个典型服务外包城市创新绩效。最后,以DEA分析结果为依据,从创新基本要素、创新运行要素、创新环境要素三个维度给出服务外包产业集群创新绩效的提升策略。
Through the analysis on the influencing factors and mechanism of service outsourcing industry cluster innovation performance , the paper set up service outsourcing industry cluster innovation performance evaluation system by materials arrangement, interview and questionnaire. With three kinds of 111 copies of questionnaire data statistics as the basic data, by the DEA analysis method, 18 typical domestic service outsourcing city innovation performance is empirically analyzed.
