摘要
"三农"问题是我国在全面建成小康社会的进程中必须正确认识和认真解决的一个重要问题。围绕培育新型农民、发展现代农业、建设社会主义新农村以及系统思考和整体解决"三农"问题等几个方面,具体分析我国当前"三农"问题的主要科技需求。
Three dimensional rural issues must be undertaken correctly and resolved carefully in the process of building the well - off society in China. Based on fostering new type of peasants, developing modern agriculture and building new social- istic rural areas, the article analyzed the technical demand of it and proposed the systematic policies to solve the issues.
