摘要
影响知识密集型服务企业开展服务创新的因素很多。通过对知识密集型服务企业服务创新影响因素的深入剖析,提炼出影响其服务创新的三大创新驱动力,即外部创新驱动力、内部创新驱动力和人力资源创新驱动力,同时在文献回顾的基础上提炼出这三大创新驱动力各自的创新驱动力要素;运用专家意见法和AHP法对这些创新驱动力及其要素进行权重赋值,找出推动知识密集型服务企业服务创新的关键性创新驱动力及创新驱动力要素。
Many factors influence knowledge intensive service enterprises to develop service innovation. After analyzing deeply the influence factors impacting service innovation in knowledge intensive service enterprises, the paper presents the viewpoint that service innovation consists of three innovation driving forces ： external innovation driving force, internal inno- vation driving force and the driving force of human resources. The paper extracts the elements belonging to each of the three innovation driving forces. At last, applying the method of expert opinion and AHP, the paper determines the proportion of all innovation driving forces and elements, in order to identify the key innovation driving forces and elements which promote the knowledge intensive service enterprises to develop service innovation.
