Determination of 20 Elements in Hemp Seed of Bama by ICP-AES

摘要 采用微波消解法溶解样品,用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定巴马火麻仁中Ca、K、Na、Al、Fe、Mg、Zn、Pb、Bi、Cr、Mn、Sn、Sr、Ti、V、As、Ba、Cd、Cu、Sb元素含量,各元素的工作曲线相关系数均≥0.999 0,最小的检出限为0.001~0.050μg/mL,加标回收率在93.0%~110.0%,相对标准偏差(RSD%,n=6)在1.17%~3.32%之间。 The 20 elements including Ca, K, Na, A1, Fe, Mg, Zn, Pb, Bi, Cr, Mn, Sn, Sr, Ti, V, As, Ba, Cd, Cu, Sb in Hemp seed of bama were determined by using ICP-AES with microwave digestion. The correlation coefficient of calibration curve was above 0.999 0. The detection limits was 0.001 - 0.050 ktg/mL. The average recovery was 93.0% - 110%. The relative standard error (RSD%, n=6) was 1.17% - 3.32%.
