摘要
以五指毛桃为原料,对其中的黄酮、多糖、多酚和氨基酸等功能性成分进行提取,并对其抗氧化活性进行研究。结果表明:五指毛桃中含有丰富的黄酮和多糖物质,其含量(以干基计)分别为10.76 mg/g,5.06 mg/g,多酚和氨基酸含量较少,分别为0.82 mg/g和1.74 mg/g。抗氧化试验表明:五指毛桃多糖、黄酮、多酚和氨基酸具有较强的清除自由基能力,对DPPH自由基的半抑制浓度Ic50分别为15.13,103.72,3.63,13.64μg/mL,对.OH的半抑制浓度Ic50分别为0.02,117.29,5.09,14.40μg/mL。
The flavonoids, polysaccharides, polyphenols and amino acids from Radixfici simplicissimae were extracted, and their antioxidant activities were evaluated. The results indicated that there was a large amount of flavonoids and polysaccharides, whose contents were 10.76 mg/g and 5.06 mg/g. The contents ofpolyphenols and amino acids were less, which were 0.82 mg/ g and 1.74 rag/g, respectively. Moreover, antioxidant experiments showed that flavonoids, polysaccharides, polypbenols and amino acids from Radixfici simplicissimae had strong scavenging abilities for free radicals. Their Ic5o values for DPPH. free radical were 15.13, 103.72, 3.63, 13.64 μg/mL, respectively. Their lc5o values for ~ OH free radical were 0.02, 117.29, 5.09, 14.40 lxg/mL, respectively.
