单操作孔全胸腔镜肺叶切除术10例体会 被引量：8

摘要 目的:探讨单操作孔全胸腔镜肺叶切除术10例的体会及手术技巧。方法 :2012年4-10月,我院施行单操作孔全胸腔镜肺叶切除术10例,均为临床分期Ⅰ、Ⅱ期的周围型非小细胞肺癌,其中右下肺叶切除5例,左下肺叶切除3例,右上肺叶切除2例。结果:全部患者手术顺利,无中转开胸,无严重并发症,无围手术期死亡,均痊愈出院。结论:只要病例选择适当,单操作孔全胸腔镜肺叶切除术是安全、可行的,是一种更为微创的手术方式。
