摘要
对首钢京唐2号高炉护炉措施进行了总结,通过分析现场数据,评价护炉措施取得的效果。认为加钛矿配合较高冷却强度,护炉效果最好;控制冶炼强度立竿见影,但不建议采用;而单纯的提水量、降水温、局部强制冷却和替换大斜度风口等从数据看并无明显效果。
The paper summarizes and evaluates the protection measures used for No. 2 blast furnace of Shougang Jing-tang United Iron and Steel Co. , Ltd. by analyzing the field data, which reveals that addition of titanium and higher cooling intensity offer best protection effect;although control of smelting density gives instant results,it still wonlt be recommended;while increase of water consumption, decrease of water temperature, local forced cooling and application of tuyere with large taper angle do not bring considerable protection effect.
