摘要
阐述了鞍钢高炉长寿技术发展过程,指出了鞍钢在高炉炉缸长寿存在不足。提岀了加强炉缸长寿管理方面发展方向:首先,要保证炉缸结构形式与冷却系统结构和冷却能力相匹配;其次,加强施工质量;再次,加强操作制度管理和日常高炉维护管理。
It is summarized in the paper the development of long blast furnace campaign technology in Angang Steel and the defects which impede the long campaign of blast furnace hearth, additionally, the author also points out the development trend in enhancing long campaign management： （1） making sure that the hearth structure matches the cooling system and cooling capacity; （2） improving the construction quality; （3） strengthening operation system management and daily maintenance management of blast furnace.
