摘要
武汉科技大学机械工程及自动化专业已启动"卓越工程师教育培养计划",其目的是为了培养造就一大批创新能力强、适应经济社会发展需要的高质量冶金机械工程技术人才。针对现有的实践教学体系不能适应卓越工程师人才培养的要求,本文从实验、课程设计和企业实践教学环节以及企业实践平台的选择等方面进行探讨,建立了专门针对卓越机械工程师教育培养的实践教学体系,加强学生的动手能力、基本实践技能、分析问题及解决问题的能力、开发能力、工程综合能力及创新能力的培养。
Mechanical Engineering and Automation Specialty in Wuhan University of Science and Technology has started up the "Excellence Engineer Education Training Plan" in order to cultivate a large number of high quality metallurgical machinery engineering and technical personnel who have innovative ability and can adapt to the needs of social and economic development. Because the current practical teaching system can not meet the requirements of excellent engineer training, this paper discusses this problem from the perspectives of the experiment teaching, course design, practical teaching in enterprises and the choice of enterprises practice platform. Practical teaching system is specifically built up for the excellent mechanical engineer education to strengthen the studentsr practical ability, the basic practice skills, problem analyzing and solving ability, development ability, comprehensive engineering ability and innovative ability.
