摘要
针对潮湿细粒煤炭分级易于堵塞、分级效率低的特点,研制了一种新型的复合式气流分级设备。该设备利用振动力与气力的复合作用,用于6mm以下、外在水分>15%的物料分级。主要介绍了分级设备原理,并通过试验,探究了设备的结构参数及操作因素对分级效率的影响,以检验设备的分级性能。试验结果表明,当外在水分为8%时,分级效率为79.52%,当外在水分达到14%时,分级效率仍可达60.77%。
In view of easiness of clogging, low separation efficiency during the classification of wet and fine coal, a new-type of compound air classifier was developed. The classifier utilized the combination action of vibration and pneumatic power for classification of material whose size was less than 6 mm and external water content was more than 15%. The working principle of the classifier was introduced, and the influences of the structural parameters and operational factors on the classification efficiency were studied through experiments, so as to check the classification performance of the classifier. The experimental results showed: while the external water content was 8%, the classification efficiency was 79.52%; while the external water content was 14%, the classification efficiency was up to 60.77%.
