摘要
综述了烷基糖苷型、烷基糖(酰)胺型、脂肪酸糖酯型和特种糖基非离子型双子表面活性剂的结构特点、制备方法、性能、应用及其在溶液中的聚集行为、相转变等自组装特性,最后给出了糖基双子表面活性剂在国内的发展建议。
The structures, preparation, performance and application of nonionic sugar- based gemini surfactants ,including alkyl glucosides, alkyl glucamine （glucamide）, fatty acid sugar ester and special type sugar- based surfactants as well as their self- assembly properties, such as aggregation and phase transition, were summarized. Suggestions for development of sugar - based gemini surfactants in China were provided.
