以雇主需求为导向的英国博士生教育改革研究 被引量：7

摘要 分析了英国近年来以雇主需求为导向的博士生教育改革的动力、主要内容及其面临的挑战。改革的主要内容包括:政府对以雇主需求为导向的研究生项目加大资助力度;与就业相关的可迁移性技能训练成为博士生培养的一个关键要素;以研究生院、博士训练中心、高校与多方机构紧密合作等组织结构进行博士生培养;建立正规的学术指导制度,鼓励雇主以多种形式积极参与到博士生培养中来。
