精神激励是图书馆现代化管理的重要手段,高校图书馆必须注重精神激励。本文分析了精神激励管理的涵义和高校图书馆精神激励管理的意义,阐述了高校图书馆精神激励管理的主要原则,并探讨了高校图书馆实施精神激励的主要途径与方式。
spiritual incentive management is the important means of modern management in the libraries, so the libraries should focus on spiritual incentive. This paper analyzes the meaning of spiritual incentive and the significance of spiritual incentive management of a university library, elaborates the main principles of spiritual incentive management of the university library and discusses the main means and ways of spiritual incentive in the university library.
