摘要
历史街区作为城市的重要组成部分,是城市有机更新中的关键部分。随着我国城市化的加速,城市更新速度不断加快,历史街区由于在城市中特殊地位,逐渐成为关注重点。本文从利益相关者理论入手,依据利益相关者的不同,将历史街区的有机更新模式分为七类.并对七类有机更新模式进行探讨,归纳总结其相应的应用范围和适用条件,为以后的历史街区有机更新提供参考。
Historic district as an important part of the city,is a key of urban organic renewal.With the acceleration of urbanization,and the special status of the city,historic district has become the focus.This article obtains from the stakeholder theory,on the basis of different stakeholders,the organic renewal mode of the historic district has divided into seven categories.Discussing about seven modes of the organic renewal,summarizing those application scope and application condition,in order to provides reference for the historical district.
