摘要
[目的]观察养容胶囊保肝及抗肝纤维化的临床作用。[方法]将133例慢性乙型肝炎及肝硬化患者随机分为2组,治疗组(67例)口服养容胶囊,对照组(66例)口服护肝片,疗程均为6个月。观察2组用药后临床疗效结果,肝功能[谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、血清总胆红素(TBil)、血清白蛋白(Alb)]、血清肝纤维化指标[透明质酸酶(HA)、层黏蛋白(LN)、Ⅳ型胶原(Ⅳ-C)]等方面的变化。[结果]治疗组治疗后ALT、TBil、Alb及HA、LN、Ⅳ-C较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05),临床疗效、临床症状改善与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]养容胶囊对慢性乙型肝炎及肝硬化可能具有一定的保肝及抗纤维化作用。
[Objective]To observe the therapeutic effect of Yangrong capsule（YC） in treating patients with chronic hepatitis B-caused liver fibrosis（CHB-LF）. [-Methods] One hundred and thirty-three CHB- LF patients were ranlomly divided into two groups. 67 cases in the treatment group who were administered with YC orally,and 66 cases in the control group with liver-protecting tablets. The treatment course for both groups was 6 months. Changes of clinical curative effect, liver function test and serum liver fibrosis indexes before and after the treatment were observed. I-Results]The clinical curative effect, liver function test and serum liver fibrosis indexes and hemodynamics of portal vein were improved significantly （P〈 0.05）in the treatment group,which were more significant than those in the control group （P〈0.05）. As compared with the control group, the treatment group showed significant improvement of the clinical symptoms （P d0.05）. [Conclusion]YC could protect liver function and have antifibrosis effect in treating CHB-LF.
