介绍为负氢多峰离子源及注入系统而研制的一套新型高压开关电源。该套电源采用新型脉宽调制技术、先进的准谐振半桥式变换原理 ,组件式、倍压线路模块化结构 。
The paper introduces a series of high voltage power supplies of PWM ZVS half bridge converter, which is successfully employed in H - ion source and injection system. The structure of function block and module integration has upgraded its technical specifications.
