摘要
石油是一种特殊的商品 ,是重要的战略物资 ,世界各国都十分重视其价格变动问题 ,因为油价变化要影响到各国经济发展 ,甚至影响到国家安全。因此 ,本文在考察国际石油价格波动的历史阶段基础上 ,首先从理论上分析了国际石油价格波动的内在规律 ,然后提出了影响国际石油价格波动的六个不确定性因素。最后 ,对国际石油价格的走势作出了判断。
Petroleum is a special commodity,its an important strategic material.Each country attaches great importance to its price fluctuation,because the change will influence the economic development,even national security.THerefore,based on research of historic stage of international petroleum price fluctuation,this article analyzed its natural law in theory,then pointed out six uncertainties that influenced international petroleum price fluctuation.At last,the articel made its judgement on the price change tendency.
