摘要
为解决传统离散制造车间物料管理的弊端,将RFID技术应用于传统离散制造业,合理配置物料,利用RFID技术的优点实时获取物料信息。结合物料管理方案建立了系统框架,阐述了系统运行模式,分析了物料信息变化过程并建立了数据模型。通过对物料管理系统的开发和应用,实现了物料管理效率的提高。
In order to solve the problems of material management of traditional discrete mantdacturing workshop, RFID technology is applied to traditional discrete manufacturing industry, the material is allocated reasonably, the material information is collected by the using of RFID. The system framework is built combining with the material management plan, the system operation mode is expounded, the material information model is built. According to the developing and using of the material management system, managerial effectiveness is raised.
