摘要
随着入网风电比例的增加,风电预测已成为保证电网安全经济运行的必要技术。归纳了风电预测的概念与分类,综述了实用风电预测系统和理论研究的最新进展,尤其是关于风电预测技术的性能评价以及监督考核措施。提出了几点未来工作的思路,为风电预测相关研究提供参考。
With the proportion growth of wind power integrated into the power system, wind power forecasting has become an indispensable technology to ensure the safe and economical operation of the system. Summarizing the concepts and classification of wind power forecasting, this paper does a review on the development of practical application and theoretical study of wind power forecasting system, especially about its performance evaluation and supervision measures. Finally, some challenges and future works are put forward as a reference for the relevant study of wind power forecasting.
