摘要
目的:探讨一贯煎合丹参抗CCl4慢性肝损伤的疗效。方法:利用一贯煎、丹参、一贯煎合丹参对抗CCl4对肝纤维化模型大鼠造成的慢性肝损伤,在第8周肝硬化形成以前检测血清ALT、AST以及肝组织SOD、MDA含量。结果:一贯煎、丹参及一贯煎合丹参均显示出较好的抗慢性肝损伤作用,其中以一贯煎合丹参效果最好。结论:一贯煎合丹参抗慢性肝损伤具有叠加作用。
Objective： To discuss effects ofYiguan Jian against chronic CC14 liver leision. Methods： To measure effects of Yiguan Jian, Danshen, Yiguan Jian plus Danshen against chronic CC14 liver leision in rats, before 8th week serum ALT, AST and SOD, MDA of liver tissue was examined. Results： Three project all show good protection and among them the Yiguan Jian was the best. Conclusion： Yiguan Jian plus Danshen has double function against liver leision.
