模块化与产业价值网契合理论研究述评 被引量：3

摘要 模块化理论研究涵盖产品模块化、产业组织模块化和产业价值链模块化三个领域,以价值模块作为切入点研究模块化条件下产业价值网的形成演化机理及发展战略,具有重要的前沿理论意义与实践应用前景。本文从模块化理论、产业价值网理论及二者的契合理论三个视角对国内外相关文献研究进行了梳理,归纳了上述理论融合对后续研究的结论和启示,在此基础上探索性地提出模块化条件下产业价值网形成演化机理及发展战略的理论研究方向。
