摘要
目的探讨腹腔镜治疗小儿鞘膜积液的可行性及安全性。方法自2007年1月至2012年8月应用小儿腹腔镜结扎腹股沟内环口方法治疗小儿鞘膜积液106例,年龄1～13岁(平均5岁)。其中术前诊断交通型77例,非交通性29例,其中双侧交通性鞘膜积液10例。结果手术平均时间15min,术中发现术前各型鞘膜积液均存在鞘状突未闭合。患儿术后症状消失,局部水肿轻,无瘢痕,无复发。结论小儿腹腔镜下结扎腹股沟内环口治疗小儿鞘膜积液,操作简单、安全,疗效可靠,可同时发现及处理对侧隐性未闭内环口,值得临床推广。
Objective To evaluate the laparoscopic procedure for the treatment of hydrocele in children. Methods From Jan 2007 to Aug 2012,106 children aged from 1 to 13 years（the mean age were 5 years）were treated by laparoscopie procedure for hydroeeles.77 eases were diagnosed as type of communicating preoperatively,while 29 cases as non-communicating and 10 cases as both-communicating. Results The mean operative time was 15 minutes.All cases were comformed intraoperatively as type of communicating,All cases were successful with small scar and norecurrenee.Conelusions Ligation of the the internal ring under minilaparoscope is a simple,security and reliable procedure with minimal invasion for the treatment of all kinds of hydrocele in children. Occult hernia can be found at the same time
