摘要
目的:观察康复运动疗法配合针灸治疗小儿脑瘫流涎的疗效。方法:70例流涎的脑瘫患儿,随机分为2组:观察组和对照组,对照组单用针灸治疗,观察组在针灸基础上加用康复运动疗法。用教师流涎分级法(TDS)比较2组病人的疗效,同时比较2组病人达到有效所需的治疗时间。结果:观察组总有效率为89%,对照组为57%,有显著差异性(P<0.05);观察组达到有效所需时间平均8.29±2.46天;对照组平均15.31±3.54天,有显著差异性(P<0.05)。结论:康复运动疗法配合针灸治疗脑瘫患儿的流涎疗效优于针灸组,治疗时间短于针灸组。
Objective：To observe the curative effect of rehabilitation exercise therpy with acupuncture in treating cerebral palsy with ptyalism. Methods：70 patients of cerebral palsy with ptyalism were randomly divided into test and control groups. All two group patients were given the same acupunction, Besides, patients of test group were accepted rehabilitation exercise therpy. The results were rated with TDS. Results：The total efficiency were 89% in test group,while 57% in control group,the differences was significant（P0.05）;To observe the effective time , test group were 8.29±2.46 days,while 15.31±3.54 days in control group, there were significant differences （P0.05）. Conclusion：The treatment of rehabilitation exercise therpy with acupuncture in treating cerebral palsy with ptyalism was obviously superior to the control group,showed obviousiy in therpy time shorter than control group.
