摘要
生态旅游离不开导游的高质量服务。因此,培养高素质的导游成为生态旅游发展的重要任务之一。寻找和挖掘产生高绩效的导游的能力特征,形成生态旅游导游胜任力模型的基本框架,在此基础上采用正确的方法建立胜任力模型,并将其应用到培训体系的构建当中,能够有效提高导游的素质,促进生态旅游区价值的实现。
Ecotourism can hardly do without high quality services of tour guides. The cultivation of high - quality tour guides become an important task in ecotourism development. Searching and mining ability characteristics of high - performance tour guides, which form the basic framework of competency model about ecotourism guides. And then we can establish the competency model through the right way and apply it to the construction of training system. On the basis of it, which can effectively improve the quality of tour guides and promote the realization of the value of ecotourlsm region.
