摘要
为了解决因露天煤矿产能扩大,采掘设备和输送设备增多,给露天矿控制系统带来的控制网络连接数量受限和设备响应迟滞等问题,将新型的CIP网络应用在大型露天煤矿,可以有效的解决上述问题。Ethernet/IP作为CIP的上层网络,其特点是拓扑灵活,通信带宽高,最长通信距离达10 km;而底层现场设备依然可以无缝连入设备网和控制网。本文对即将建设的大型露天煤矿和即将扩建为大型露天矿的控制系统设计和改造有一定的参考作用。
The capacity expansion,mining and transportation equipment increasing in open-pit coal mine make the connection in control network is limited and the device response delay.Applying the new CIP network in large open-pit coal mine can solve these problems.Ethernet/IP as the the top layer network,it’s characterized by flexible topology with extremely high communication bandwidth.The longest communication distance is up to 10 km,however,the underlying field device can still connect to device network and control network seamlessly.This paper can provide some reference to the forthcoming construction of open-pit coal mine and the control system design and reform in forthcoming expansion of open-pit.
