摘要
随着高校数字化基础设施建设的基本完成,教育信息化建设的发展方向也由信息基础设施建设向信息资源建设转变。因此,高校网络教学资源库的建设逐渐得到重视并被大力发展,设计与开发现代化的教学资源库是现代化教育发展的需要。无论是教师的备课、再学习,还是学生为了提高研究和解决问题的能力及拓展视野,都迫切需求大量的教学资源。这样,就需建立一个强大的教学资源管理平台,将教学资源进行系统化、科学化的分类,构成统一的教学资源库,为使用者提供内容丰富的优秀教学资源。
With the development of information technology and network technology,the information reform of colleges and universities has been greatly promoted.With the basic completion of digital infrastructure construction in colleges and universities,the development direction of education informatization construction is transformed from information infrastructure construction to the construction of information resources,Therefore,the construction of network teaching resource database in universities gradually got attention and was vigorously developed.Design and development of modern teaching resource library is the need of the development of the modern education.For teacher’s preparing lessons,re-learning,and student’s ability improvement for problem solving and vision extending,a large number of teaching resources are in urgent demand.So,it needs to build up a strong teaching resources management platform,in order to provide excellent teaching resources to users,which must constitute a unified,classification teaching resource.
