摘要
Android系统的迅猛发展与普及,带动了Android软硬件应用型人才的需求,对于初级应用开发人才的需求量在Android人才需求中超过半数。这样的需求就为作为高等职业教育的软件学院提供了一个崭新的人才培养新方向。为了贴近Android应用型人才的市场需求,学校应当制定科学的教学课程体系,精心制定实施框架,通过结合实际项目的课程实训,培养专业的初级应用型Android应用开发人才,实现市场需求、学生就业的双赢。
Nowadays,the development and the popularity of the Android system boosted the demand of talented person.The demand of primary application developer occupies more than half of the talent market,which showed a new training direction to the software-college of professional technical education.For approaching the demand of talent market,the college should establish a scientific course system and draw up the application framework carefully.With the course training in combination the practical program,the professional application developer in Android Application could be trained to achieve win-win during the market and the employment.
