摘要
利用脉冲磁场对高速钢材料进行处理,对处理前后的样件进行耐磨性和冲击韧性实验。实验结果表明,脉冲磁化处理能够提高高速钢刀具材料的耐磨性和抗冲击韧性,从而提高刀具使用寿命。
The high speed steel material is treated by the pulse magnetic field, and both the wear resistance and impact toughness experiments are carried out before and after the treatment. The results show that pulse magnetization can improve the wear resistance and impact toughness of the steel, so the lifespan of the steel tools may be increased.
