摘要
界面结合强度是双金属层状复合材料的关键技术指标,为了探讨"三步法"轧制复合工艺,本文从表面处理、轧制温度、轧制变形率、轧制速度以及退火温度和退火时间方面,综述了轧制复合工艺因素对复合板结合强度的影响规律,这对双金属复合轧制的生产具有一定的指导意义。
Interface bonding strength is key technical index of bimetal laminated composites. In order to discuss the ＂ three steps＂ of rolling bond technology, The paper summarized the effect of technology parameters on bond strength of laminated sheet from the aspects of surface treatment, rolling temperature, rolling deformation, rolling speed and annealing treatment. It can provide theoretical reference for production of laminated composites.
