替罗非班治疗急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死的疗效观察被引量：2

摘要目的观察替罗非班治疗急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死的疗效。方法选取我院2008年5月—2011年10月收治的急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死患者80例。采用随机数字表法分为两组,每组各40例。对照组采用常规抗凝治疗;替罗非班组在对照组治疗的基础上,加用替罗非班持续泵入治疗;比较两组疗效,治疗前后超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、血小板聚集率及血小板计数等。结果两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组与替罗非班组治疗前hs-CRP及血小板聚集率水平组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者治疗后hs-CRP及血小板聚集率水平较治疗前均显著改善,且替罗非班组患者改善程度明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);但两组患者血小板计数治疗前后组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论替罗非班治疗急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死临床效果显著,可有效改善临床症状,降低血小板聚集。
