摘要
贵州省在"十二五"期间大力推进地理标志保护战略,在这个过程中,作为民族经济发展相对落后地区,黔东南苗族侗族自治州积极开展地理标志产品保护.为了保护和提升民族地区地域特色农产品品牌,增强特色农产品市场竞争力,促进特色农业和区域经济发展,以黔东南苗族侗族自治州为例开展了地理标志农产品保护研究工作,阐述了地理标志对黔东南州农业经济发展的作用,总结了黔东南州地理标志农产品保护的发展现状,剖析了存在问题,并针对问题提出了相应的对策措施.
Geographical indication is one of the protection subjects of international intellectual property rights. Guizhou province has been advancing to promote protection level for geograph- ical indication strategy during the ＂12th five - year plan＂. As one of Chinese western national autonomous areas, Qiandongnan with relative backward economy is very significant to carry out the protection for geographical indication products actively and develop the natural re- sources with area features. In order to protect and promote the characteristic agricultural prod- ucts brands of Qiandongnan, strengthen market competition and increase farmers＇ income, car- rying out the protection of geographical indication products has become imperative. The author demonstrated the role of geographic indication for agricultural economic development and the advantages of developing geographical indication of agricultural products in Qiandongnan , ana- lyzed the current situation, main problems existed in geographical indication intellectual prop- erty rights protection, and proposed relevant counter measures for them.
